Summary

This site has no accounts, no login, and no newsletter signup. We collect anonymous usage analytics, and we receive whatever you choose to put in an email to us. We do not sell data.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4: page views, time on page, approximate region, and device type, with IP anonymisation on. Analytics storage is denied by default and only enabled if you accept in the cookie banner.

Email you send us: kept so we can quote and deliver the work. We do not add enquiry addresses to any marketing list.

Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, including IP address and user agent.

Web fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. This happens before any cookie choice, because it is needed to render the page.

Cookies

• _ga and related Google Analytics cookies, set only after you accept.
• A single browser storage entry recording your cookie choice so we do not ask again.

We run no advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy and the cookie banner change first.

What we don't do

• Sell or rent your data.
• Track you across other websites.
• Send marketing email to people who emailed us an enquiry.

Your rights

• Access or deletion: email koalanovels@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• Withdraw cookie consent: clear this site's data in your browser, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
• Opt out of analytics: decline in the cookie banner, or use Google's official analytics opt-out.

Children

This site is aimed at adults working in publishing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
